When I was 24, I ran the Marine Corp Marathon in Washington DC. Little did I know that through the training, it was going help me understand how to care for my knees and my entire body. Your knees, hips and shoulders are probably the most easily injured parts of your body besides spinal injuries. It is not uncommon for people to have double knee replacements or double hip replacements. All of this wear and tear is eventually going to catch up with some of us.
